Terms of Service

1. The service

IFF AI (the “Service”) is online study-productivity software (SaaS) that uses AI to turn study material you upload yourself (PDFs, slides, Word documents and more) into summaries, quizzes, mind maps and review schedules. The Service provides software features only. It does not sell tutoring, lessons, consulting or any other human services, or physical goods.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for learners aged 14 or older, such as high school and university students and working professionals. You may not sign up if you are under 14.

If you are a minor (under 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, such as 19 in South Korea), you need permission from a parent or legal guardian before buying a paid plan. Purchases a minor makes without that permission may be cancelled by the minor or their guardian as local law allows.

3. Your account

You must sign up with accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You may not transfer, lend or share your account.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Core features are free. PRO features are available as a paid monthly or yearly plan.
  • PRO prices: $9.99 per month or $73.10 per year. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime before the next billing date. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Prepaid passes bought earlier through Toss Payments stay valid for their remaining period. They do not renew; when a pass ends, your account returns to the Free plan.
  • Card and other payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by IFF AI.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Your content and copyright

  • Only upload material you created or have the right to use. You may not upload material that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Your uploads and the summaries and questions generated from them are for your own personal study only and may not be sold or distributed to others.
  • You keep the rights to what you upload. The Service processes it only as needed to provide its features and never shows or sells your material to other users.
  • If we receive a valid infringement notice, we may remove the material or restrict access.

6. About AI-generated results

  • Summaries, quizzes and practice questions are new practice content generated by AI solely from the material you upload. We do not provide or sell real or leaked questions from any exam or standardized test (such as the SAT, IELTS, TOEIC or CSAT).
  • AI output can contain mistakes, and we do not guarantee any exam score or result. Always check anything important against your original material.
  • The Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice.

7. Prohibited use

  • Uploading illegal or harmful material, or malicious code
  • Using the Service for academic dishonesty, such as leaking exam questions, impersonation or cheating
  • Reverse engineering the Service, accessing it in bulk by automated means, or bypassing security measures
  • Reselling the Service or its output, or using it to build a competing service

Violations may lead to restricted access or account termination.

8. Changes and limitation of liability

We may improve or change the Service and will give advance notice of material changes. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of AI output.
